Our first event, to launch our roasting business, on Sunday June 14th was as successful as could be considering the rain. We gave out free samples of roasted pork on a bun for everyone to try and the reaction was amazing. Most came back for seconds but many came back for thirds and fourths. We had a donation jar on hand for the "Support Our Troops" charities "Kinette Club" and "The Canadian Hospital Comfort Fund". Because of the rain we didn't get the expected crowd we had hoped for, but the ones that came were more than generous. Click on the link below to see some pictures taken before the rain came.
